Love for nature, respect for history and roots link the family to the vineyard since 1936, when Thomaidis Sotiris (first generation) began selling the grapes of his vineyard. In 2005, Anastasios Thomaidis (second generation) founded the traditional distillery of the family with which he gradually began to use part of his own production of tsipouro as a two-day distiller. In 2016, Savvas Thomaidis completed his studies in the viticulture, wine and distillery sector and with the help of his brother, the pharmacist Thomaidis Sotiris created the winery (third generation).
